Necessary infrastructure facilities are available for the effective functioning of the residential training programmes. 4 buildings with 5 acres of land are prepared for the 3 years’ vocational training. Fitness Certificate from the Asst. Engineer, Keezhamd gramapanchayat for the building and Sanitary Certificate from the Chief Medical Officer of Primary Health Centre, Keezhamad for the building and premises are obtaining each year.
For residential care:

Personality Development Programmes
Personality Development classes, language development classes, cultural skills development programmes, motivation sessions, group empowerment programmes, etc. are being conducted for the trainees of each batch at Providence Home. Awareness generation programmes on Rights and privileges of the physically challenged, self employment programmes, schemes of the Govt. for the physically challenged, ect. also being a part of the training.
